George is a Phd Candidate at JKUAT, He holds Masters of Business Administration (UON), Bachelor of Commerce( Marketing Option) Degree from University of Nairobi. He is Certified Public Accountant -CPA (K). He is the C.E. O Optiven Limited and a fomer Lecturer at Daystar University. Collins Odongo
Collins is an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any of the tasks he undertakes, or situations that he is presented with. He is a graduate with Masters of Arts in Global Development and Peace and Bachelors of Science, Business Major from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. Currently he has enrolled in PhD Studies in Policy and Administration with Walden University, USA. With 15 years of experience in management of Non-Profit Organization, financial institutions both in Africa and Globally, Collins is excellently equipped in Change Management and also working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence.
He has extensive knowledge of project management, business development and policy advisory matters with exceptional research, Finance and HR Policy and Procedure Development, Partnership building in financial management, HR and Administration and mitigation of the risks.
He has successfully led high performing teams under tough deadlines, to meet expectations of multiple customers and different donor organization like including USAID, DFID, EU, CDC, DCI, UN, CIDA, and UNICEF among others. Collins is extensively trained in United States Government rules and regulations on contracts, co-operative agreements, Leadership and Corporate Governance both private and public sectors.

He holds Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration. He has an MBA in Strategic Management and Bcom (Marketing) from the University of Nairobi. He is a CPA (k) and CPSCK. He is the Chancellor at the Management University of Africa (MUA) and Deputy Chief Business Strategist in charge of strategy and policy formulation in one of the leading universities in Kenya. He has over 16 years experience.
Katutu Phillips
Phillips is a senior minister at Breakthrough International Church with over 15 years of pastoral ministry, leadership and church planting. He oversees 15 Breakthrough International Church congregations spread across the country as the bishop as well as being the senior pastor of the mother church situated along Mombasa Road Nairobi. He is a duly recognized/ordained minister licensed to celebrate marriages under the African Christian Marriage and Divorce Act; cap 151 in the Republic of Kenya
He is a specialist in conflict resolution and reconciliation with more than six years’ experience in peacebuilding as well as training and dialogue facilitation. He has conducted workshops on the conflict transformation, Strategic Peace building, traditional Peacemaking Approaches, Reconciliation and Leadership.
He is part time lecturer with Daystar University in the school of Arts and Social Sciences. I have also consulted with various development and conflict resolution agencies and organizations. Some of the institutions include; International Leadership University (ILU), Peace Healing and Reconciliation Programme (PHAR),Change Agents for Peace International (CAPI), and Africa Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE)
He holds a Masters Degree in Peace Studies and International Relations from Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, from Global University, a Diploma in Development Management from Daystar University and currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Peace and Governance at the University of Fort Hare in South Africa.
